Contribute to a strategic R&I agenda on microbiomes in food systems
The MicrobiomeSupport initiative is inviting experts, representatives of businesses and industry and policy makers, to contribute to the identification of key challenges and objectives to be set out in a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda on microbiomes in the food systems. For this purpose, a survey has been launched, aiming at facilitating the alignment of efforts towards a joint long-term microbiome research and innovation strategy for sustainable, resilient, healthy and inclusive food systems.
The survey is organised in five thematic areas (Biodiversity, Primary Production, Food safety and quality, Human health, Healthy planet) and four transversal areas (Infrastructures, Data access and sharing, Knowledge transfer and innovation, Stakeholders and society awareness) that R&I policy should take into account in future strategic planning processes.
The survey is open until the 31st of March and participation is much appreciated!
