FIT4FOOD2030 webinar on Responsible Research and Innovation in the food systems
The initiative FIT4FOOD2030 supports the development and implementation of the European Commission’s FOOD 2030 policy framework – to find solutions to the challenges facing our food systems. The initiative has recently created a free webinar series titled: ‘Towards sustainable food systems through Research and Innovation’. The series aims to advocate for responsible research and innovation and system thinking for food system transformation. The series targets a range of stakeholders, varying from local, regional and national policy makers to food chain actors and non-governmental organisations. The goal of this webinar series is to use the FOOD 2030 policy framework and FIT4FOOD2030 project as case studies to using research and innovation policy for food system transformations.
The series is composed of the following four webinars:
Webinar 1: RRI in the food systems
Webinar 2: RRI in policy making for future-proof food systems
Webinar 3: Cities as change agents: building competences for future food systems
Webinar 4: Engageing with stakeholders: learnings from FIT4FOOD2030
Webinar 1 is online available and it is possible to subscribe to the others. Take a look at the FIT4FOOD2030 website.
